Leah S. Abrams, Founder & Executive Director
Leah originally founded Undiscovered Works as an off-shoot of The Custom Made Theatre Co. where she was co-founder and executive director for over twenty years and for whom she produced the Off-Broadway premieres of Kurt Vonnegut’s “Mother Night” (NY Times 2018 Audience Favorite) and “Sam & Dede, or My Dinner with Andre the Giant,” which she also directed.
Jennifer Dean, Film Curator & Mixology Creator
Jennifer is a producer, filmmaker, director, and actor who brings all her artistry to Undiscovered Works. She curates the film series, promoting opportunities for female-identifying filmmakers to meet and engage with audiences and one another. Jennifer is the director of The 2nd Sex & The 7th Art.
Giana DeGeiso, Producing Team Member
Giana is a hostess extraordinaire, vocalist, actor, improv artist, and all ’round merriment-maker. She is co-founder of Broadly Entertaining with branches in NYC and Reno.
Katherine McDowell, Producing Team Member
Katherine is an actor, playwright, and corporate communications trainer. She is the founder of Critical Act, specializing in interactive communication training techniques.
Eric Rice, Producing Team Member & Mixology Creator
Eric is an LA-based actor who was recently seen at 59E59 Theaters in “Mother Night.” In addition to frequently taking to the stage with Undiscovered Works, he designs the programs, ensures all things technical are working, and collaborates with Ms. Dean on film curating.
Gabbi Traub, Social Media Manager
Gabbi Traub is an NYC based singer, actor, animal lover, and has a mild social media addiction. In her spare time, she is an event coordinator and bartender.
